Talent Acquisition SpecialistA mission-driven organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing recruiting team! The ideal candidate is creative, resilient, and has full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Non-profit or human services experience is a plus. This full-time, direct-hire role works in the Manchester, NH area with some local travel to job fairs, networking events, and company offices. Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Use creativity to find candidates
• Manage relationships with existing recruiting partners
• Conduct interviews
• Assist with training, mentoring, and onboarding activities
• Attend job fairs, networking events, class presentations, etc.
• Perform other related tasks and projects as required

Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Previous experience in human resources/recruiting or account management
• Experience in human services and/or non-profit industry preferred
• Experienced with full-cycle recruiting
• Strong experience with sourcing
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of/presence on social media
